Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
  

MEATBALLS

  • 1 lb Ground Round
  • 1/2 lb Ground Pork
  • 1/2 c Minced Onions
  • 3/4 c Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Egg

GRAVY

  • 1/2 c Flour
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 c Water
  • 1 c Sour Cream

Instructions
 

  • Make meatballs, brown in fry pan with oil. Transfer meatballs to baking pan. Use fry pan for gravy. Mix together gravy ingredients in fry pan. When heated through, pour over meatballs and bake 45 minutes at 350-degrees.
