Mix hamburger, taco seasoning and refried beans and spread in bottom of cookie sheet. On top of this: 3/4 of sour cream. Frost the hamburger stuff. Spread taco sauce on top of sour cream evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
Mix dry ingredients. Add oil. Mix until consistency of cornmeal. Store in a cool, dry place. Seal tightly.
In blender, combine first 8 ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Add 7-up and blend. Serve immediately.
Sift dry ingredients into a 9-inch pie pan. Combine oil and milk in measuring cup, whip with fork and pour all at once over flour mixture. Mix with fork until flour is completely mixed. Press evenly and firmly with fingers to line bottom and side of pan. Very good and quick for fresh fruit filling such as rhubarb.
