Quick, No-Roll Pie Crust

  • 1-1/2 c Sifted Flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbsp Cold Milk


  • Sift dry ingredients into a 9-inch pie pan. Combine oil and milk in measuring cup, whip with fork and pour all at once over flour mixture. Mix with fork until flour is completely mixed. Press evenly and firmly with fingers to line bottom and side of pan. Very good and quick for fresh fruit filling such as rhubarb.
