Baked Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
MIX AND PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Flour
- 1-1/2 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
MIX AND POUR OVER TOP
- 1-1/2 tbsp Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Instructions
- Mix first 5 dry ingredients together.
- Add cream, put in round greased casserole dish.
- Mix additional cocoa, brown sugar and sugar together.
- Pour over ingredients in casserole.
- Pour 1 c. very hot water over all.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream.
