Crock Pot Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 cup Onion Chopped
  • 2 cup Celery Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Sprigs
  • 2 (4 oz) can Sliced Mushrooms Drained
  • 12-13 cup Dry Bread Cubes
  • 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1-1/2 tsp Sage
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Marjoram
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth Maybe 2-1/2 cups
  • 2 Eggs Beaten

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms.
  • Pour over bread cubes.
  • Add all seasonings and toss well.
  • Pour enough broth to moisten.
  • Add eggs, mix well.
  • Pack lightly in crock pot.
  • Cover.
  • Cook on high 45 minutes.
  • Reduce to low 4-8 hours.
