Barbecued Short Ribs

  • Beef Short Ribs
  • 5 tbsp Flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil


  • 1/3 c Catsup
  • 1-1/2 tsp Prepared Mustard
  • 2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce


  • Brown ribs that have been cut in pieces. Roll them in flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper and oil. Put in large casserole.
    SAUCE: Mix ingredients together and pour over ribs. Bake 2 hours in 350-degree oven. I would use 4 lbs. ribs and make 3 batches of sauce.
