Window Finish Carpenter

Western Products is hiring an experienced Window Finish Carpenter to measure, assess, and prep residential window and door projects in Bismarck, ND, Jamestown, ND, and the surrounding areas. This is a skilled role—not entry level. If you know construction and take pride in precision, we want to talk with you!

What You’ll Do

  • Measure window and door openings accurately
  • Evaluate framing, structure, level, and square
  • Spot install issues before ordering
  • Document measurements, photos, and notes
  • Work with Sales, Operations, Production, and Install teams
  • Represent Western Products professionally in customers’ homes

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of window and door install or advanced finish carpentry experience
  • Strong residential construction knowledge
  • Excellent math and measurement skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical card
  • Comfortable using tablets/mobile devices
