Commercial & Residential Project Supervisor

Western Products is seeking a Commercial & Residential Project Supervisor to lead projects across both our commercial and residential divisions. This role is ideal for an experienced, hands‑on construction leader who can move seamlessly between project types, manage crews in the field, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial & Residential Project Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day field operations for assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise commercial and residential construction projects in the field
  • Coordinate labor crews, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure installations are completed correctly the first time, meeting project scope and specification requirements
  • Maintain jobsite safety standards and enforce company policies
  • Manage schedules, sequencing, and daily production goals
  • Perform quality control inspections and address issues proactively
  • Communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and vendors
  • Track project progress, resolve field challenges, and document outcomes
  • Ensure all required paperwork, inspections, and completion documentation are completed accurately and on time
  • Represent Western Products professionally on every jobsite

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of construction supervision experience (commercial, residential, or both)
  • Strong understanding of jobsite operations, scheduling, and logistics
  • Proven ability to lead crews and hold teams accountable
  • High attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in the field in varying weather conditions
  • Proficient with basic technology, including email, mobile apps, iPads, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and exceptional references
