Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 lbs. Hamburger
  • 1 bottle Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 pkg. Kraft shredded cheese
  • 1 pkg. (8) Hungary Jack biscuits
  • 1 Onion Diced

Instructions
 

  • Brown hamburger and onion, salt and pepper.
  • Drain.
  • Pour sauce over and simmer.
  • Stretch biscuits out to fit in cupcake pan.
  • Fill with hamburger.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over.
  • Bake at 400-degrees for 10-11 minutes.
