Neil's Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 3 c. Cubed Bread
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 c White Sugar
  • 1/2 c Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c Butter Melted
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 3/4 c Water

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in double boiler. Add eggs. Stir well and blend. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to coat bread. Steam for 2 hours. Serve warm with ice cream!
