Peaches N' Cream Kuchen

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 c Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg Vanilla Pudding Not Instant
  • 3 tbsp Soft Butter or Margarine
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 1 (16 oz) can Sliced Peaches Drained (Save Juice)
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Juice From Peaches
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix first 7 ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour in lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Spread peaches on top. Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Spread over peaches 1/2 inch from edge of crust. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
