Western Products will perform a complete inspection of your home. If the damage warrants an insurance claim, you will need to call to file a claim with your insurance company. This is the only part of the process we cannot help with.
When you receive a claim number, contact us to provide your claim information. We will contact your insurance adjuster to schedule an appointment at your home.
A Western Products Insurance and Exterior Restoration Specialist will meet with the adjuster, answer their questions, and give them a written estimate for repairs and code upgrades.
After your claim is approved, your insurance company will send you a written estimate in the mail, as well as the insurance check for the cash value of your claim.
When you receive the estimate, schedule a time to meet with us to review it and select the new materials and products you want for your home.
Our production team will deliver materials to your property, and our skilled installers will perform all necessary repairs and updates as soon as possible.
Once your home is restored, we will perform a complete inspection to ensure the work meets our strict standards and exceeds your expectations. We will invoice your insurance company directly for the remaining depreciation or balance of the claim
After that, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your beautifully revitalized house!
