Responsibilities

  • Configure & troubleshoot workstations, virtual servers, printing, user software, mobile devices, phones, and network devices
  • Provide Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD user maintenance for onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Assist users with telephone system and building security changes
  • Manage telephone call tracking software and reporting
  • Conduct Microsoft Outlook user review and manager follow-up
  • Train users on current security procedures and best practices
  • Create ERP reports with reports writer software (SSRS, Refreshable Excel, Jasper, SQL)
  • Provide IT training/orientation for new employees
  • Assist accounting department with IT-related projects and ERP reporting
  • Maintain and develop code for use with cloud and on-premise system integrations

Requirements

  • Degree or related course work in CS/MIS; accounting skills are helpful
  • Show initiative to investigate and problem-solve
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of departments
  • Understanding of Windows configuration
  • Working knowledge of MS operating system and Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of coding
