Can I use a spa in my TEMO sunroom? A Sundance spa is a perfect way to increase the enjoyment of your sunroom. It is best to install your spa at the original installation of the sunroom. You will also want to consider the electrical needs for the spa during sunroom installation.
It is possible to install a spa after your sunroom is installed, but will require dismantling a portion of your sunroom.
Can you provide a cost per square foot? Since each TEMO sunroom is designed specifically for you, there are many factors other than square foot that will affect the price. What is the warranty on TEMO products? TEMO proudly stands behind their sunrooms with a Lifetime Warranty. Our lifetime warranty means YOUR lifetime and is transferable to another homeowner should you sell your home. What type of glass is used in the windows in a TEMO sunroom? TEMO is proud to offer the highest quality sunroom windows – TEMO manufactures our own window systems, as opposed to using “stock” windows. Our sunrooms feature tempered HPG 2000 glass – four times stronger than annealed glass. The HPG 2000 series (available in single or double-pane glass) is an exclusive TEMO Sunrooms product that decreases heat gain and provides protection against ultraviolet rays.
How will my TEMO sunroom stand up to severe weather and snow? TEMO surnooms are designed and developed by our engineering department, who have proven to consistently provide industry-leading innovations for more than 30 years. How long will it take to build my TEMO sunroom? TEMO sunrooms can usually be installed in just 1-2 days on an approved foundation. Our unique pre-manufactured panel system that is custom built for you makes on-site installation fast and simple.
What other factors will affect the installation of my sunroom? Before your room is installed, a Western Products representative will work with you to design the room and plan the project, handling all the details for you. Other factors that affect installation include: obtaining permits and scheduling the phases of installation (foundation, in required). How quickly installation can be arranged varies depends on your TEMO-authorized dealer’s schedule, weather and other factors. |
